It is just pay to avoid credit grind and for cosmetics, from what I see. Please note I am NOT saying this game is pay to play either. Is that a thing in any game? I think it means the ability to buy things with real money that let you extend playtime (e.g., "energy gems" in some games) or where the game is designed to have you pay money to play the game at higher levels (lots of those mafia/kingdom games?)
